Calling for good house-selling vibes--

The past several days we've been working with our Real Estate agent on an offer we received a couple of days ago for our house. They made a low-ball offer, but have upped the amount quite a bit and we're now waiting to see how much more they'll come up. We had a couple of showings today and are hopeful that this upcoming Mom's Weekend will bring some more potential buyers through to give us some selling leverage.

We aren't trying to be selfish, but we hope that we can get enough out of the deal to pay off everything and be debt free, as well as set some aside in case Todd's job gets shaky. God has always provided for us, and I don't expect Him to stop now. We just ask for prayers that this offer is fruitful, and if not, that God is preparing the right buyer soon. I'm trying really hard to not be impatient, but I'm REALLY tired of being kicked out of the house and cleaning all the time!

With that said, if this buyer works out, it looks like we may be moving at the end of the month--we'll keep you posted!
